When you use InferGrove, we collect information necessary to provide our services:
- Account information: Email address, name, and payment details when you create an account.
- Usage data: API calls, prediction metadata, and compute usage for billing and service improvement.
- Prediction data: Inputs and outputs are processed transiently and not stored beyond the prediction lifecycle unless you configure output storage.
How we use your information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain our services
- Process payments and manage billing
- Send service-related communications
- Improve platform performance and reliability
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Prediction inputs and outputs are deleted within 24 hours of completion unless you explicitly enable persistent storage. Usage logs are retained for 90 days for billing and debugging purposes.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Payment processors (Stripe) for billing
- Infrastructure providers necessary to deliver our services
- Law enforcement when required by law
